今日は踏込温床（※）の準備。
材料は、落ち葉と米ぬかともみ殻。
本当は稲わらもあった方がいいけど、今回は手に入らんかったので、これでやってみよう！
■材料の割合 （体積比）
落ち葉：20
米ぬか：1
もみ殻：1
※「踏込み温床」とは、落葉や藁、米ぬかなどを原料にしてこれらを発酵させるベッドのようなもので、その発酵熱を利用して、種を発芽させたり、苗を育てたりします。
落ち葉を10cmぐらい広げて、その上に米ぬかともみ殻を振って、混ぜる。
そして、水をかける。
水分は70%ぐらいが良いらしいが、多めにかけとけば不要な分は下に流れるので、びっしりかけた。
これを何回も繰り返して、最後に全体を一回切り返して山積みした。
この山積みの状態でまず発酵させる。
積み込んだ状態で12℃。
50℃ぐらいになったら、古畳で作った枠内に文字通り踏み込む。
そうすれば2ヶ月ほど温床上は20℃を保てるはず。
明日から温度があがるかなー。楽しみ。
この作業の合間に、別の場所の片づけをしよったら太ももがチクっとした。針金でも刺さったかと思いきや、足元にこいつが！
そうです。蜂に刺されました。
